    • The prices of goods in Discounts and online stores will match the prices of the store that prepares and delivers the orders.
    • If the price of a product changes between the time you place your order and the day the order is prepared for delivery, you will be charged the latest price.
    • If you choose alternative options for your order, and this substitution is carried out, you will be charged based on the price of the substitute product regardless of the price difference – whether higher or lower – between the substitute product and the original product specified before the substitution (at Discounts' discretion).
    • Please note that due to differences in distribution, regional competition, and other factors, prices may vary between stores, so the prices you see online may not match all stores, but only the store where your order is being prepared.  

    Return and Exchange Policy:

    You have the right to return or exchange goods purchased from the Discounts platform within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase according to the following conditions:

    • The goods to be returned or exchanged must:
      • Have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the quality of the goods.  
      • Be counterfeit, adulterated, or not conforming to the specifications mentioned on our platforms.
    • The goods to be returned must be in their original packaging with all original contents, including, but not limited to, accessories and user manuals.
    • The goods to be returned (unless defective, counterfeit, or adulterated) must be in a resalable condition.
    • Swimwear, underwear, newspapers, magazines, shaving equipment, and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return.
    • Goods purchased during promotions or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.

    You have the right to a refund for the returned goods using the same payment method used at the time of the original purchase.

    You have the right to a full refund. We will not deduct any transaction fees from the refunded amount, such as Visa/MasterCard/K-Net fees or processing fees.

    You have the right to a refund within 10 calendar days of your original request.

    You have the right to exchange goods purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The exchanged goods must be in their original sealed packaging. We will offer you the value of the goods as store credit valid for 6 months.

    How to Process a Return or Exchange:

    • If you wish to return or exchange eligible goods within 48 hours of purchase, you can contact our customer service, and we will arrange for the collection process from your address mentioned in your invoice. Upon our receipt of the goods from you, please provide us with the original invoice from the time of purchase.
    • If you wish to return or exchange goods yourself, please return the product with the original invoice to the market from which it was purchased.
    • Please allow us 10 business days to assess your return or exchange request.

    Warranties:

    • Goods eligible for warranty are only those that specify the warranty provider and the warranty timeframe on the product page at the time of purchase.
    • Warranties do not cover defects resulting from:
      • Misuse.
      • Physical damage.
      • Water damage.
      • Software viruses.
      • Use of non-original and/or non-approved operating systems, software, or accessories by the manufacturer.
    • To benefit from any existing warranty, please present the original invoice to the specific store detailed below.
    • If you are not satisfied with the response from any of the stores, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive the service you deserve.

    Delivery Policy:

    • The Discounts Application ships orders through its own delivery network.
    • Once you receive the order, we (or our logistics partner) will provide you with the order invoice, which will serve as confirmation of your receipt of all the goods purchased in the order.
    • If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to anyone at the specified address, and receipt of the order will serve as confirmation of your receipt of all the goods purchased in the order.
    • If we (or our logistics partner) arrive at your address and are unable to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that have not been delivered within 30 days after the purchase date.
